Eric was kind, informative, and patient with me while I made my decision to purchase a new vehicle. I text drove a 2015 Mazda6 i Touring that had the lowest price within 300 miles of where I live (and yes, even after the $1000 difference between actual and advertised). They offered to drive the car to a mechanic of my choice to have it looked at were I not able to do it myself and matched the APR that I was pre-approved for. I had a great experience there despite going in with my guard up because of the negative reviews I had read.
My husband recently purchased a truck here. Worst experience ever!!! It had a rejection sticker when he drove it off the lot. He was told it was a O2 sensor and they would fix it in a few days. Less than 1 week of owning this truck a coil was misfiring on the engine. He brought it to our shop and was told it wouldn't pass inspection until it was fixed. He brought it to Martin's Pre Owned to be fixed. When they called to tell him the truck was fixed and he could pick it up, they informed him he owed $100 deductible. He tried to speak to the owner and she refused to waive the deductible even though this work needed to be done to PASS INSPECTION. This was a week ago. Today he had to have front and back brakes/rotars replaced. So we've owned this truck less than 30 days and he's driven it maybe a total of 14 days. He asked Maureen multiple times for the paperwork for the work they had done and has yet to receive it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
