This is an update on my previous review. I have now owned the car for 1 year and 8 months. I have not replaced a single part on this vehicle. Jenq and his team only hand pick the most reliable cars and sell them in top working order. I am very happy and will definitely start my future search from there. I am driving a beautiful 2008 VW Touareg with navigation and air suspension. I am so amazed by the ride.
Shopper Beware!. I would not recommend this "car dealer" to anyone. Unprofessional and unethical. They faxed my bank the purchase/sales agreement at 7pm. At 4pm the next day I let them know my bank approved the purchase. An hour later they told me they sold the car to someone else . I'm in total disbelief a business can operate this way. Something very fishy going on down in Whitman Mass. In retrospect I'm glad I didn't purchase the car. The price was way too low do there is a pretty good chance something was wrong with the vehicle.
Went to go buy a car they with cash in hand car made a bunch of funny noises so I asked for a price reduction and they didn't want anything to do with it they procedded to try and tell me how there aftermarket intake cost 3000$ which is no where near true I was upset I really wanted the car
So had called about a car three days earlier and left a message with no callback. I decided to see if they were open and check the shop out. I took the minivan I called about for a test drive(an older 2004 car under $1000. The door ajar, trunk ajar and airbag lights were on when I drove it. It seemed like a solid vehicle. When I asked about the lights on and not being able to register it. Eugene said it was a cheap car. But No back door handles and not being able to register it made it not purchasable to me. I was really surprised he didn’t suggest a different vehicle he just let me walk away after a few moments of silence waiting for him to say something. I think if I was interested in purchasing a more expensive vehicle he may have been more responsive. Overall not a bad car search experience. They took a copy of my license and put a plate on the car. *IF it was good to go for a little more money I probably would have purchased the minivan. Also know that Sign says financing, but I was told no financing. But they do have fousquare in the window. I asked if they would take a check and no -cash only is what Eugene said
Very professional and great service! I bought a 2005 BMW X5 from Eugene, the price was fair and he made the process very easy and straightforward, including working with my financing. Eugene is a man of his word and has a great inventory of clean, well kept luxury cars. Would use for another purchase again.
